GMZ12 intelligent anchoring and grouting machine integrates the functions of drilling anchor holes, automatically installing anchors and grouting. The machine adopts electric proportional hydraulic control and is equipped with two propulsion beams, one for drilling anchor holes and the other for installing anchors and grouting.
Features
Automatic installation of anchor rods
The longest possible length of 4m system anchor rods and locking anchor rods can be realized. The anchor rods can be automatically installed. The installation mechanism is simple and reliable, which effectively reduces labor intensity and improves work efficiency.
Hydraulic rock drill
The rock drill is equipped with a hydraulic rock drill independently developed by our company, which adopts a unique double shock-absorbing buffer system and automatic lubrication system, with high drilling speed and low drilling tool consumption.
Electric control system
Adopting special controller;better dust resistance and water resistance;low failure rate, can adapt to harsh environment.Control panel adopts a sunken design to prevent wrong operation.
